New Month, New TBR List | Reading Plan - (Oct 2019)

September was a no show month for me (in terms of blog posts) and I also did not read much apart from mm romance. But now it's October (all new month, new me shit, you know!). So, here I come with my new TBR (yay!!)

Firstly I would like to mention my unfinished book from previous TBR, i.e, Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman

Books from continued series that I either need to read or re read

Order of the Pheonix & Hostile Hospital

The Hostile Hospital (A Series of unfortunate events #8) by Lemony Snicket - This has been in my TBR for such a long time, it's high time I move forward with the series.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix (Harry Potter #5) -- REREAD - Another one which has been on my TBR for such a long time. I am going through my 'Harry Potter' reread this year, but did not pick this one after finishing 'Goblet of Fire' few months back. Need to pick this one for sure!

Few books I have on my reading shelf and would like to start

Firstly, In the honor of this spooky month, I would like to try some horror/mystery/thriller.

Mystery/Horror/Thriller - Oct 2019 Reading Plan

The Outsider by Stephen King - I am getting mystery/thriller vibes from the synopsis instead of horror.I also have so many of his books on my TBR, but will pick this one for the month. Let's see how its goes!

The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware - A new author for me and this one is quite a newly released book. Not sure about the author but really liked the synopsis, hence picking it for this spooky month.

Cenote by Shaun Horton -'Cenote' is a very short horror story. This one I am picking due to one of booktuber I am subscribed to (Merphy), this is narrated by her. Will try to find its audio version, otherwise will pick up the ebook version.

Pines (Wayward Pines #1) by Blake Crouch - A thriller about a mysterious town? Count me in!! Blake Coruch is another new author for me. I was not sure between picking this first or 'Dark Matter', but decided to this one as the other one is more leaned towards SciFi.

I have over 600 books in my Goodreads TBR pile, so I randomly chose 10 numbers and picked these out of those chosen number

TBR Pile - Oct 2019 Reading Plan

This Song will save your Life by Leila Sales - So this one has a very heart touching premise - something that can move me as well as inspire me. I don't read much YA contemporary but this one sounds something I need right now. So I will go for it!

His Magesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik - I have not read that many books with dragon and this one has been on my TBR for a very long time! I think this is a perfect sign for me to pick this one! 😉

Do you realize? by Kevin A Kuhn - Time Travel SciFi? Hell Yeah! Another one with cool premise. I have not read that many books about time travel too, so I chose this one.

Don't tell (Romantic Suspense #1) by Karen Rose - It's been so long since I have read anything by Karen Rose. This will be a reread for me. I remember nothing from my first read but I remember quite liking it. Very excited too see how much my taste has change in terms of a classic romantic suspense. Let's see whether I will like it as much as the first time!

Red Sister (Book of the Ancestor #1) by Mark Lawrence - I know this is a ridiculously long TBR but I needed to add this one also! Having heard nothing but good thing about this series, I decided to start this as a beginner of Mark Lawrence books. Hope I like it as much as others!

That's it for now! What you guys are reading this Halloween month? Any Spooky reads?

Let me know! Comment Below!
